That puts them on the back foot when it comes to dealing with the influx of expectations and stress as a leader, and on the journey to becoming a Leader.
Scalable Leaders now offers a 15.4% scholarship to all women in the tech ecosystem, because we don’t want any woman to be held back by the pay gap.
Apply for a membership or go through our free Leadership Readiness Assessment before the end of April 2025, and we will take 15.4% off any of our membership fees for you.
